Robertie Positions 1–14

These positions all arise after just one or two rolls. I have not bothered to post rollouts for these positions because Stick Rice has already posted rollouts for all 1st- and 2nd-roll positions at bgonline.org. None of Robertie’s recommendations differs greatly from the rollout verdicts although there are a few small differences.
