Hi Dan.  I mailed you (almost) all the files for the lecture 2 notes:
	lecture2.tex	(the latex source)
	trees.pstex_t	(the latex of the figure)
	trees.pstex	(the ps of the figure)
	lecture2.ps	(the postscript output)

You need the first three (with those names) to compile the document.
For completeness,  I will also send you the trees.fig file (made with
xfig) in case you want to edit it.
