Lectures: Tuesday / Thursday 1-2 PM and Friday 2-3 PM in 2-142
Recitations: Monday / Wednesday 2-3 PM, in room 2-143

  • Simmons, Calculus with Analytic Geometry, second edition
  • 18.01 Supplementary Notes and Problems, available at CopyTech (Basement Bldg. 11)
Assignments: Weekly problem sets will typically be assigned at least a week in advanced and due on Tuesday by 3 PM in room 2-108.
Late homework will not be accepted, but the lowest (problem set) score will be dropped.
Exams: There will be two midterms (in lecture) and a final. For each midterm, students with failing grades will have a chance to take
a make-up exam, worth at most the minimum passing score. There is no make-up for the final exam.
Grading percentages: Problem sets (30%)
Two Midterms (20% each)
