    Software

BBBWT: tools for Burrows-Wheeler transforms in support of my publications on it.

SG_MIN: a set of MATLAB routines for doing optimization on Stiefel and Grassmann manifolds.

xspringies: I modified a version of the venerable toy, xspringies, to solve sparse eigenvalue problems interactively. This has been used at least twice in biology applications.
