In the second displayed equation in Definition 5.3:
   -- the min should be a max;
   -- the absolute value on the right should be followed by a subscripted rho.
In the same definition, the reference to [10, Proposition 1.2] should 
be to [10, Proposition 1.3]. 

In the last line of Lemma 5.12, the quantities r and r^p should be
r^(1/p) and r, respectively; and likewise in the last line of the first
paragraph of the proof.
