For instructions, scroll down.
Left-hand window:
Move the sliders to change the values of c1, c2, and c3 by clicking or by clicking and dragging along the scales.
The region enclosed by the three linear inequalities
is
shaded in, but if no region is enclosed there is no shading. If the region enclosed
is exactly one point, a red dot appears.
Right-hand window:
The location of c is the white dot in the 3-dimensional picture. It moves as you change c using the sliders. When the red dot appears in the left window, you can click on "Mark" to record permanently that point. Marked points are shown in red.
Rotate the 3-dimensional frame by clicking and dragging on the picture. Moving the 3-D image makes it easier to visualize the shape. Ten or twenty red dots should be enough to get the idea (The program stops recording points at 50). Warning: the locations are not exactly right because of round-off error due to pixel size.
Click on "Show Cs" to get a window displaying the values of c that you have marked.
Click on "Unmark" to erase everything.
