Textbook: Strauss: Partial Differential Equations, an introduction (required).
The text John: Partial Differential Equations covers more topics,
and is recommended for those who would like to do some further reading.
Grading policy: The grade will be based on the weekly homework (25%),
on the two midterm exams (20% each) and on the final exam (35%).
