Travel Reimbursement

Partial reimbursements for travel and accomodation will be available to graduate students, young researchers, women and minority participants. In order to receive travel reimbursement, you must submit original receipts. If you are requesting a reimbursement for airfare, please be aware that the conference is generously supported by NSF funding. Therefore please use an American carrier, since NSF money cannot be used to reimburse airline tickets issued by non-American carriers. Foreign visitors should also be aware that reimbursement requires a special type of visa. The answer to these questions might make you eligible for a (partial) support from NSF.
