For our recent paper, Dynamics of random packings in granular flow, our group has written a C++ library that simulates the Spot Model with relaxation. Version 1.1 of this code and the associated documentation will soon be available for public download here.
The code is currently undergoing a major revision, to provide a better class structure and to add support for periodic boundary conditions.
